Bennekom, Christian Reformed Church (2007) Martijn van der Horst

The organ of the 'Christelijk Gereformeerde Kerk' in Bennekom was built by Van den Berg & Wendt in 1967.
During earlier work excecuted in the organ, the Gemshoorn 2' and Prestant 2' were switched places and also some voicing was done. But the results were not satisfying.

In 2007 J.L. van den Heuvel-Orgelbouw was commissioned for large maintenance works. Besides complete cleaning en repairs the organ was completely revoiced.  Van den Heuvel replaced the Cimbel of the Nevenwerk by a conical Nasard 2 2/3' and the Prestant 2' of the Hoofdwerk was replaced from TF with a Sesquialter. Also a tremulant was added.
The organ case was treated to its original mahogany colour.
