![]() A view on the pipe work of the Grand-Orgue. From right to left: Clairon 4', Trompette 8', Bombarde 16' and on a high bank the Grand Cornet 3-5r. The rest of the pipe work is almost invisible on the picture. Pipework of the Trompette 8' and Clairon 4' is old; the lowest resonators of the Bombarde are made from wood. If you have a close look at the picture you can see that the high part of the Trompette and Clairon are harmonic. Also you see that the five highest notes are flue and not reeds. Have a look at the Grand-Orgue from the other side. |
