Van Vulpen pipe organ builders was founded in 1940 by Rijk (192101997) and Jos (1922-2012) van Vulpen. They built organs in various style periods from neo-baroque until the 1970s when they started looking for a connection to historical instruments. The company built many church-, practice- and residence organs. The changing market for organ building and the retirement of an older generation of organ builders has led to takeovers in recent years. The Van Vulpen company merged with Elbertse in 2023. Together with Verschueren the Organ Building Collaboration EVV (Elbertse, Verschueren, Van Vulpen) was then founded.
