Wind chests

To facilitate the new stops additional wind chests were made for the Hoofdwerk and Pedaal. For the additional stops on the Rugwerk and the Hoofdwerk Cornet side blocks were made to the wind chests,

Case

The traditional organ case is made from mahogany wood. For this case we selected a 11 meter long mahogany trunk which was sawn to our specification

The new lower case with the pedal tower consoles is already assembled in our hall:

Console

The console by Flentrop will be thoroughly cleaned and new bone key covering will be applied. Also new key cheeks will be made.

The first carvings are finished, fitted and fixed

Now the actions and windsupply are working started is with the placement of the pipework

The façade pijpes are delivered and being placed

Technically the organ is now finished and the next phase of the voicing can be carried out.

Balcony

The balcony rail is positioned on both sides of the rugpositief. It is placed on a 36 cm high and 12,5 meter wide moulding, milled out of solid wood:

Assembly

Monday juni 10th the first phase of the assembly in the church has started: the gallery rail is placed. On monday august 14th, after our holidays, the organ itself will be assembled.
